AIG is seeking a Director of Leadership Communications to join its global Internal Communications team, focused on supporting Human Resources and Legal and Compliance functions. Job Summary

  • This professional will play an integral role in executing and supporting communications strategies for programs and activities in support of our Human Resources and Legal and Compliance functions.
  • This position will collaborate closely with other communications professionals across the organization and stakeholder leadership teams and will directly manage two team members.
  • The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 in New York. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
