Job Summary
This leadership role gives production associates direction in safety, quality, and productivity.
The Production Supervisor will work to naturalize and propagate a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture on the production floor by coaching and facilitating the use of the CI toolsets and standard processes to production employees.
