Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining resident confidentiality, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
The role requires assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.
