The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include administrative functions, committee functions, personnel functions, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply functions, and care plan and assessment functions.
The role requires a Registered Nurse with a Nursing Degree, training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
