Job Summary
Provide financial, analytical and transaction support to members of the Strategy & Corporate Development team across a range of strategic initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling of corporate-level and asset-level M&A opportunities and support due diligence processes.
Prepare analysis, summaries and presentation materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, including strategic rationale, economic evaluation, transaction terms and risk factors.
