8+ years cell therapy experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Expertise in FACT/JACIE standards
Site activation and operational readiness
Cross-functional team leadership

Experience with academic sponsor settings
Early-phase product lifecycle delivery
Multi-country therapeutic area experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or related discipline
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in cell therapy
Fluency in English and ability to work across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway
Proven knowledge of cell therapy regulations and accreditation standards
