Job Summary
Lead the enterprise Supplier Development Engineering (SDE) function, setting strategic direction, defining performance management structures, and driving capability development.
Own the enterprise supplier onboarding and readiness lifecycle, including new supplier and packager onboarding, capability validation, inspections, readiness gates, and launch governance.
Partner with Procurement and Commercial leadership to integrate supplier capability and readiness insights into sourcing, cost, capacity, negotiation, and portfolio decisions.
