Job Summary
Responsible for sales management in the Shaanxi region of Philips Health Living, including channel expansion, gift business, distributor management, and retail execution to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include distributor management (inventory execution, PSI/BE/F2P management, budget monitoring), retail management (promotion implementation, counter negotiation, new channel development), and expense management (cost control, A&P/Margin expense reimbursement).
Requires training and guiding retail supervisors and promoters to improve team work quality and build an efficient team.
