The IMS Specialist will be responsible for supporting the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of SICPA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and related activities.
Coordinate SICPA’s IMS activities across more than 20 sites worldwide and support the deployment and expansion of the IMS to newly acquired or established sites.

Must-have
Coordinate IMS activities across 20+ sites
Maintain process mapping and system documentation
Support IMS deployment to new sites
Collaborate with auditors on Process Compliance Assessments
Manage external IMS-related suppliers
Oversee migration of IMS-related IT tools
Nice-to-have
Promote strong quality culture
Strong emotional intelligence
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
University degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems
Certified Implementer in at least one ISO standard
Proven experience leading ISO certification programs
Experience managing internal audits and third-party assessments
Proficiency in IMS tools and documentation control systems
