Job Summary

  • The IAG Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Identity Governance and Administration controls to ensure that user access to systems, applications, and data is appropriate, approved, auditable, and compliant.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAG solutions (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID Governance).
  • Work with HR, IT, Security, Risk, Audit, and Application Owners to translate governance requirements into technical controls and provide guidance on identity governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years as a PAM engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
  • Experience with IAG platforms
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of access provisioning models
  • Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Experience with Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
