Must-have
10 years IT project management experience
Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies
Oversee multi-function Scrum teams
Develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses
Utilize Planview MS Project and Visio tools
Nice-to-have
Lean certifications preferred
CSM or SAFe certification preferred
Global region collaboration experience
Strong change management skills
Fast-paced environment adaptability
Key Requirements
U.S. citizenship required
University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years prior IT project management experience
Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience
Prior experience with software development life cycle models
