Job Summary

  • Lead avionics system development from concept through production, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and performance across Anduril's air systems.
  • Oversee full-cycle PCB and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) development, guiding requirements derivation, schematic design, component selection, layout, board bring-up, and system integration, testing, and debugging.
  • Develop and deploy engineering processes to assure design methods follow engineering best practices and support the overall system architecture to meet product technical requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience with embedded systems on UAVs
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of analog and digital electronics
  • Familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB)
  • Proficient with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
