Serve as the connective tissue across Integrated and Platforms’ three segments by driving cross-functional execution, supporting strategy development, and serving as a thought partner to senior leadership.
Keep multiple workstreams honest simultaneously, distinguish signal from noise, and build the trust and credibility needed to move people who don’t directly report to you.
Support the development and ongoing refinement of segment-level growth strategy by understanding where each segment stands today, where it needs to go, and what’s standing in the way.
