Job Summary

• As Engineering Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing engineering practices across the organisation, covering all aspects of engineering including Cloud, Software Development, DevOps, CICD, Observability and Operations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of LSEG’s Engineering Practices, enabling engineers to contribute, share, and reuse high-quality solutions across the Group, while championing the adoption of inner source principles.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide thought leadership, mentorship, and support for professional growth within the engineering community.
