Job Summary

  • As a Sr. Database Administrator, you will be responsible for providing database support to build, migration, performance tuning and incident resolutions as well as addressing questions from application owners and developers.
  • You will take a leading role in tackling critical complex production problems and investigate, troubleshoot operational issues.
  • You will assist in automating manual processes using various DevOps tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, & Shell Scripting.

  • 7+ years experience in database Administration
  • Strong background in Oracle or MS SQL and PostgreSQL database upgrades, patching, and data migration
  • Azure Database Administrator certification (if SQL expertise)
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification (if Oracle expertise)
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field
