As an Engineering Manager, you will define the technical roadmap for large-scale content discovery, personalization, and ranking while growing a high-performing team of Backend and Data Engineers.
This role requires partnering closely with Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, and other teams to deliver measurable product impact at massive scale.

Base: $295,250 - $345,040 USD; Bonus/Equity: Equity compensation eligible; Benefits: Full-time benefits described on careers page
