Job Summary

  • The Service Director – Refrigeration is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and commercial growth of the national refrigeration service business.
  • The role holds full P&L responsibility for the refrigeration service division and will lead the development and delivery of operational strategy to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery across the UK.
  • The postholder will act as the senior figurehead for the refrigeration service department, representing the business internally and externally, driving growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders and trade organisations.
