The role involves evaluating patient needs, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans to maximize function for the adult hand/wrist/forearm/elbow population.
Candidates will work closely with hand surgeons in a multidisciplinary team at both the Chestnut Hill clinic and the Boston Longwood Medical Area campus.

Base: $96,886.40 - $140,899.20 annually; Bonus: $10,000 Sign on/Retention Bonus available; Benefits: Excellent compensation, career growth, and comprehensive benefits package

Must-have
Minimum four years clinical experience
Adult outpatient hand therapy population
Independent clinic work and triage skills
Collaboration with hand surgeons
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Nice-to-have
Certified Hand Therapist credential preferred
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Current unrestricted Massachusetts OT or PT license
Minimum of four years of clinical hand therapy experience
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program
