This position is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for Immunology with focus on Invest To Grow (ITG) & Maximize Launch (ML) assets, driving launch excellence of planned new launches, assessment and positioning of future pipeline assets, building future focused capabilities for the function including patient and customer experience programs that drive growth, enhance brand presence and improve patient outcomes

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for Immunology with focus on Invest To Grow (ITG) & Maximize Launch (ML) assets, driving launch excellence of planned new launches, assessment and positioning of future pipeline assets, building future focused capabilities for the function including patient and customer experience programs that drive growth, enhance brand presence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead efforts for successful launch of Tremfya in PsO & IBD. Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, market access, regulatory and regional stakeholders on launch readiness, messaging and market shaping activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
