Job Summary

  • This role will be heavily focused on implementing and administering human resources programs and policies including performance and talent management employee relations, compensation, and other initiatives that promote a healthy, people-centric culture.
  • Work closely with leaders and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain data integrity in Workday related to employment lifecycle changes to include hires, terminations, position management, reporting, and other related tasks.
