Key Requirements

  • Current RN license in Texas
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required
  • MSN or equivalent preferred
  • Five years clinical nursing experience
  • Two years preceptor experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support Provider certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider if applicable
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider if applicable
  • BLS and/or ALS Instructor status within 1 year
  • Specialty certification required upon eligibility
