Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright
5+ years post-apprenticeship experience
Assembly and repair of rotating equipment
Pneumatic and hydraulic pressure testing
Field service installation and commissioning
Nice-to-have
Experience in pump or valve shop
Previous mining industry background
Commitment to zero harm safety culture
Collaboration with engineering teams
Key Requirements
Red Seal Millwright (433A) certification
Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience
Experience with pumps and mechanical rotating equipment
