Must-have

  • Supervise reception counter team and sub-suppliers
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
  • Oversee integrated facilities operations across multiple floors
  • Conduct routine inspections and approve Permit to Work submissions
  • Serve as on-call contact for emergencies and access issues
  • Manage finance process flow including accounts receivable and payable
  • Lead emergency response procedures as certified Fire Warden

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field
  • 4+ years progressive experience in facilities management
  • 2+ years in supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Occupational First Aid Certificate
  • Fire Warden certification from approved certifying bodies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS
