Lead and manage the Self-Perform Operations (SPO) unit and staff, promoting complete integration of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) principles to strive for zero incidents.
Develop the SPO business plan and contingency plan, applying it to develop and implement an annual Profit Plan in alignment with the General Manager (GM) and establish an evaluation process to achieve stated goals.
