Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in similar role
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience
JCT contract management experience
Experience with project management software
Contract drafting and legal documentation experience
Previous exposure to refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technologies sector
Professional qualification or progression toward RICS, CIPS, or equivalent
