Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent advanced HR certification strongly preferred
  • 8-12 years progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years as HR Business Partner
  • Manager or director-equivalent scope experience
  • Proven workforce planning, succession management, change leadership
  • Strong employee and labor relations background
  • Experience influencing stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Deep knowledge of Hawai'i and Federal employment and labor laws
  • Advanced ability to interpret complex documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
