• Strong analytical skills
• Project Management with risk background is good to have
• Knowledge of finance, risks, controls, compliance and regulatory environment in Banking with focus on Trade Finance
• Ability to successfully navigate a complex, international organization
• Self-starter with ability to solve problems independently
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Tableau
• Basic understanding of databases for analytical work
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work for a global team across multiple time-zones
• Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
