Job Summary

• Serve as the on floor electrical subject matter expert (SME) providing hands on coaching, troubleshooting mentorship, and just in time guidance rather than formal classroom instruction.
• Observe technicians during electrical system tasks to identify skill gaps, unsafe practices, and opportunities to improve workmanship and first time quality.
• Partner with quality, safety, and engineering teams to ensure repairs and installations meet inspection, airworthiness, and company quality standards.
