Assist sales desks in actioning trade lifecycle events, understanding and implementing best practices for various processes, and managing client activation and enablement on key trading platforms.
Investigate and resolve trade settlement issues, maintain a log of booking/workflow issues, and develop relationships with Salespeople and relevant infrastructure functions to facilitate efficiency.
