Job Summary
The Field Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified technicians, coaching them to improve service quality, and managing operational tasks within assigned service areas.
Key responsibilities include conducting daily stand-up meetings, ensuring proper use of service tools and materials, and maintaining compliance with service SOPs, SHE golden rules, ATEX, and PINK NOTE.
The role involves conducting customer visits, pest audits, technician performance assessments, and actively driving service leads to create customer density within the assigned technician group.
