The role involves assisting patients to move rapidly and effectively through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority.
Nurses must delegate, direct, oversee, and provide developmentally appropriate patient care in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
The position requires working a non-traditional day/evening rotation of four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and holidays.
