Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Director level experience in hotel operations
Knowledge of state employment laws and compliance
Experience with Taleo or Oracle Talent Acquisition systems
Ability to deliver engaging presentations to large audiences
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Nice-to-have
Previous experience with Taskworld platform
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel occasionally
Background in diversity and inclusion initiatives
Experience with collective bargaining costings
Key Requirements
Degree in HR or related discipline preferred
Previous experience in hotel operations at a Director level
Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills
