Oracle is seeking a Senior Data Center Operator for their Cloud Infrastructure organization, responsible for supporting operations across multiple data centers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and support skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective documentation

Job Summary

  • You will combine hands-on technical expertise with a passion for clear documentation and continual improvement—supporting escalations, incident response, and operational health across one or more data centers while strengthening the knowledge base that enables teams to move faster and deliver consistently great customer outcomes.
  • Working with a global, multi-level team, you will lead performance analysis, proactively monitor facility health, and partner across functions and regions to drive process improvements, automation, and risk mitigation.
