Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Minimum 2 years experience in OHS team
  • High level of Polish and English language capabilities
  • Qualification for Służba BHP member requirements
  • Experience conducting health and safety training

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with AI tools, Agile, or Lean methodologies
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal auditor certification
  • Fire protection inspection experience
  • Experience supporting OHS activities outside Poland
  • Ability to lead complex projects in a hybrid work model

Key Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an OHS team
  • Formal qualification for Służba BHP membership per Polish regulations
  • Fluency in both Polish and English languages
