Job Summary
The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor oversees the operations and performance of clinical nutrition services within a healthcare setting, combining leadership, management, and clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
This role provides direct supervision to dietitians, diet technicians, and/or diet assistants, including managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and unit assignments.
The supervisor actively participates in quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and performance evaluations, and partners with interdisciplinary leadership to develop, update, and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
