Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of related professional work experience
  • Master's Degree and two (2) years of related professional work experience
  • Progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial management
  • Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • CPA (preferred)
  • Governmental or nonprofit fund accounting experience
  • Experience supporting audits and preparing schedules
  • Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GASB standards
  • Experience working with restricted funds, endowments, or donor-designated funds
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
