Job Summary

  • Leverage expertise in Linux and Windows systems administration, systems maintenance, and performance optimization while providing exceptional user support services.
  • Perform Linux (primarily) and Windows builds, installations, configurations, administration, and troubleshooting, and develop scripts for patching, configuration, and automation.
  • Administer cloud environments, particularly AWS, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization, and provide professional and knowledgeable customer support.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise in Linux systems administration (RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Experience with patching and virtual server builds
  • Familiarity with Agile project management
  • Ability to obtain Privileged User Account (PUA) certification
