  • The incumbent supports the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of social work standards, best practices, quality improvement initiatives, policies, programs, and procedures across Long Term Care Homes and Retirement Communities.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Social Worker (RSW) registration
  • 5 years of progressive experience in geriatric social work
  • Proven expertise in program development

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data literacy
  • Demonstrated expertise in legislative, regulatory, and quality assurance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to undertake frequent travel
