Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, channel strategy and execution, merchandising and visibility, performance monitoring, planning and follow-up, stakeholder engagement, and omnichannel implementation.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, merchandising programs, and omnichannel engagement strategies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or channel management
Proven leadership experience
Experience with merchandising and shelf-rental programs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
