As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty through programs like reservations and Pro Rewards.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
