Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in FP&A
  • At least 2 years leading a FP&A team
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (SAP, BPC, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead teams
