Job Summary

• This entry-level professional promotes a link with partner projects and assists in strengthening the autonomy, capacity, and local resources of projects to support children and youth in their own context.
• Under the guidance of their manager or more experienced facilitators, this facilitator is responsible for cultivating relationships with partners, in a relationship characterized by respect, trust, and mutual service.
• He/she will be developing ways to facilitate partnership relations through the central process of Partner Management in order to improve outcome achievement and bring a developmental mindset to all other aspects of the partnership.
