Job Summary

  • You will act as the strategic coordinator and operational backbone for a multi-product portfolio, ensuring release schedules, customer commitments, and strategic initiatives advance on time with organizational transparency.
  • The role involves partnering closely with Product leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and enable smooth product launches across Johnson Controls’ OpenBlue portfolio and emerging Agentic AI products.
  • You will proactively identify program-level risks, provide transparent status reporting, and drive continuous improvement in cross-team ways of working.
