Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years Identity Management experience
  • Hands-on Java and web application development
  • Integration with SAP ServiceNow AWS Azure
  • End-to-end POC management and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Previous SailPoint platform expertise
  • Knowledge of Beanshell and Tomcat
  • Experience mentoring other engineers
  • Passion for identity security best practices
  • Ability to present to business audiences

Key Requirements

  • 5-7+ years professional experience in enterprise software
  • 5+ years deep experience in Identity Management/Governance
  • Strong proficiency in Java XML REST SCIM
  • Working knowledge of LDAP Active Directory SQL
  • BA/BS in technical field preferred but not required
