The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants who can accurately record vital signs, monitor for skin breakdown, and assist with mobility and personal hygiene.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any resident condition changes or safety incidents.
