Job Summary
Develop the Cluster C-IMP roadmap, which would enhance the Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) mindset and knowledge within the organization, minimising inefficiency (remove wastes) and ensure maximum impact on bottom lines (improve efficiency savings over cost base) while leveraging AI.
Provide Mentorship and training to local C-IMP Leaders on the C-IMP methodology, acting as a coach who will coordinate and facilitate problem solving workshops for local entities.
Work with employees at all levels of the organisation to develop a C-IMP mindset through regular and ongoing initiatives and activities and interact with other C-IMP champions across the Group to share success stories, best practice consolidation.
