Air Liquide Singapore is seeking a Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) Manager to enhance operational efficiency and foster a continuous improvement mindset within the organization, leveraging AI and project management skills. The role involves mentoring local leaders, leading improvement projects, and ensuring adherence to C-IMP methodologies

Job Summary

  • Develop the Cluster C-IMP roadmap, which would enhance the Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) mindset and knowledge within the organization, minimising inefficiency (remove wastes) and ensure maximum impact on bottom lines (improve efficiency savings over cost base) while leveraging AI.
  • Provide Mentorship and training to local C-IMP Leaders on the C-IMP methodology, acting as a coach who will coordinate and facilitate problem solving workshops for local entities.
  • Work with employees at all levels of the organisation to develop a C-IMP mindset through regular and ongoing initiatives and activities and interact with other C-IMP champions across the Group to share success stories, best practice consolidation.
