Base: £22.50 p/h; Bonus/Equity: £0.50p/h HGV licence bonus, £3,000 sign-on and retention bonus; Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, ongoing training, physiotherapy, private GP, discounts, cycle to work scheme
