Key responsibilities include adhering to the plan of care, assisting residents with daily living, observing and reporting changes in condition, and providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support.

Key Requirements

Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Experience working with seniors

Demonstrated sound skills in providing personal care
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Ability to perform tasks like lifting/transferring clients
