Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students/faculty/staff who phone-in and/or email inquiries; offer information regarding state and federal Veterans Affairs Educational Benefits.
  • Coordinates all services relating to Veteran's Affairs educational benefits including recruitment, registration, certification, and retention.
  • Assists with the planning and execution of outreach events related to veteran's education benefits, resources and on-campus support.
