  • Experience managing CPSOs, CSSOs or FSOs
  • Deep knowledge of NISPOM regulations
  • Experience briefing large audiences on security status
  • Thorough understanding of ICD 705 physical security
  • Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information programs

Nice-to-have

  • Polygraph preferred qualification
  • Current Industrial Security Certification FSO, CPSO or CSSO
  • Established relationships with government entities across IC
  • Member of Security Organizations like ISWG or NCMS
  • Experience building SCIFs to ICD 705 specifications

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience (or Master's with 6 years)
  • Minimum 6-8 years leading CPSOs, CSSOs, or FSOs
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Polygraph preferred
  • Current Industrial Security Certification (FSO, CPSO, or CSSO) preferred
